Creating space for reflection and creativity:
A retreat offers a rare chance to slow down. Spacious, unstructured time opens for journaling, creativity, daydreaming, reading, or simply doing nothing. This retreat emphasizes rest, reflection, and the opportunity to step away from the productivity and busyness of your everyday life.

Community, connection, and silence:
Gather with a like-minded group of yogis to explore the balance of community and solitude. Together, we’ll disconnect from digital distractions, share meals, enjoy the pleasure of conversation, and exhale deeply.

Immersed in simple pleasures:
The retreat center is nestled in the peaceful setting of an olive farm, where you can spend afternoons reading by the pool. Or, take a taxi to the beach for gelato and a swim in the warm Adriatic Sea.
